Yolanda is a Registered Dietitian(1) and American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM) Certified Personal Trainer with extensive experience in both nutrition and exercise science. She graduated from the University of British Columbia with a Dietetics Major and Kinesiology Minor, giving her a unique perspective on the relationship between nutrition and physical activity.

With her diverse background, Yolanda is well-equipped to address a wide range of nutritional needs.
